BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
Remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot
No content will be delivered until payment is paid in full
Deposits apply toward the total project cost
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit
Cancellations forfeit the deposit
No-shows are charged 100% of the booking
CREATIVE & DELIVERABLES
Photographer/Videographer maintains creative control over style and editing
Final deliverables include edited content only (no RAW files)
Turnaround times vary by package and are communicated at booking
Revisions are limited to minor edits (color/exposure); major changes may incur fees
LOCATION & TRAVEL
Travel within the local area is included
Travel outside the local area may require an additional fee
Clients are responsible for securing permits, permissions, and location access
USAGE & RIGHTS
Personal and social media usage is included unless otherwise stated
Commercial or paid advertising usage must be discussed and quoted separately
Creator reserves the right to use content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing
LATE ARRIVAL
Sessions begin at the scheduled time
Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time without price adjustment
Overtime is subject to availability and billed separately
🛠️WEATHER & UNFORESEEN ISSUES
Outdoor shoots may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather
Equipment failure or emergencies will result in rescheduling or refund of payments made
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for being prepared and on time
Missed shots due to lack of preparation are not the creator’s responsibility
